Your customers are starting to ask ChatGPT instead of Googling.

We show you where you stand in those conversations, get you into them, and make sure the lead actually gets answered.

The shift

Advertisers can now buy into these conversations

ChatGPT Ads went self-serve in May 2026 with no minimum spend, and local services is a permitted category. The channel is new enough that most of your competitors haven't touched it yet.

3.4%Construction click-to-lead conversion on ChatGPT Ads (benchmark)
0.91%Typical ad click-through rate — roughly 7x below Google Search

That last number matters: this channel currently rewards precision over volume. A single-location shop in a smaller metro may not see enough conversation volume to spend a meaningful budget yet — worth checking before committing ad dollars, which is exactly what the free audit and the monitoring tier below are for.

See what ChatGPT already says about you

We ask ChatGPT 30–40 questions a real local buyer would ask — emergency calls, "who's the best," price comparisons — multiple times each, and record which companies get named. You get a short report back: how often you show up, who shows up instead of you, and what gets said. No cost, no obligation.

City, state — e.g. "Charlotte, NC"

Helps us tell you apart from similarly named companies. Not required.

Takes about a minute to build. We'll send it to the email above.

How it works

Three steps, in the order you experience them

1. Measure

We run the audit and, if you continue past it, monthly monitoring after that. You see exactly where you stand in ChatGPT's answers before you spend anything on ads.

2. Buy

If the numbers justify it, we place you in those conversations through ChatGPT Ads. You fund the media directly through your own ad account — we never take custody of your budget.

3. Catch

Every lead that comes back gets answered fast, and every booked job is tracked back to the conversation that produced it — not guessed at from a monthly total.

The proof problem

Why "trust the dashboard" doesn't work here

OpenAI shares no chat history and no user identity with advertisers, and there is still no public ads API. So when someone asks ChatGPT about HVAC companies near them, clicks an ad, and books a job by phone three days later, nothing connects those two events automatically the way a Google Ads conversion pixel does. Most vendors selling this channel right now hand you the same dashboard they'd use for search or social, relabeled.

What we build instead: a landing page with its own tracking pixel and server-side Conversions API, call tracking on every phone number we put in front of a prospect, and a write-back to your CRM that ties a booked job to the click that started it. It's built so a future platform change costs an integration, not your entire reporting setup — because ChatGPT Ads is one channel today, not the last one.

It is still not perfect. Matching someone who saw an ad inside a chat conversation to a phone call three days later is probabilistic, the same way multi-touch attribution has always been imperfect. We tell you where the confidence is high and where it isn't — not just a number.

Who this is for

We work with a narrow list of companies on purpose

A good fit looks like

  • HVAC or plumbing, in the Southeast — Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Birmingham, Greenville, or a similar metro
  • $2M–$20M in annual revenue
  • Multi-location or a regional footprint (preferred, not required)
  • Owner-operated, or one person owns the marketing decision
  • Already spending on Google LSA or paid search — the budget line exists
  • Average job value above roughly $1,500 (we'll screen for this on the first call)

We're not a fit if

  • You're a single-truck operation
  • You need to be convinced that paid acquisition works at all — that's a longer conversation than we're set up to have
  • You're in a restricted ad category — health, financial, or legal services all require case-by-case manual platform approval before we can run ads for you

Saying this publicly costs us some leads. It also means the calls we do take are with people we can actually help.

Pricing

Published, so you can rule us out before a call

Visibility audit

Free

The report described above. One-time. No card, no commitment.Request yours.

Visibility monitoring

$500 / mo

The audit, run monthly, tracked against named local competitors. No ad spend required. We sell measurement, not optimization: we'll tell you what's happening and hand you the levers — reviews, Google Business Profile completeness, directory and listing consistency — most of which is work you do, not work we do for you.

Full engagement — setup

$2,500 one-time

A campaign landing page on our template and hosted by us, pixel and Conversions API, call tracking, CRM integration, an intake and follow-up layer, initial intent research and ad creative, and an attribution dashboard.

Full engagement — retainer

Banded by ad spend
Monthly retainer by ad spend band
Your monthly ad spendRetainer
Up to $2,000$1,250 / mo
$2,000 – $6,000$2,000 / mo
$6,000 – $15,000$3,000 / mo

Bands, not a percentage of spend — a percentage pays us more for spending more, which contradicts a pitch built on booked jobs. You fund all media directly through your own ad account; we never take custody of your budget.

Performance component

Introduced starting month 3 of a full engagement, never at signing: a fixed fee per booked appointment above an agreed baseline, offered only once attribution is trustworthy enough to bet money on.

Site rebuild — add-on

Offered only when the audit shows your existing site is the actual blocker, always on our template, and priced once we know the scope. Never sold as the opening offer.

Results

No results published yet — on purpose

This business hasn't completed a paid client engagement yet. We could fill this section with placeholder numbers that look convincing. We aren't going to. The entire point of this business is being the vendor who publishes real numbers, including the unflattering ones, so putting anything fabricated here first would undercut the one thing we're actually selling.

Once the first engagement completes, this section gets replaced with what actually happened. Until then, here is exactly what every engagement measures and what we commit to publishing:

  • Share of Model before and after — how often you're named in AI answers, as a frequency, never a rank
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per booked job
  • Lead-to-booked-job rate

One caveat that applies to every number above and everywhere else on this site: we can show you that a number changed. We can't prove we caused it — the underlying models change for reasons unrelated to anyone's work. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

About

Who you're actually talking to

I'm Matt Jacobi, a software engineer based in the Southeast. I built Jacobi Marketing and everything behind it — the tool that generates your audit, the measurement work underneath it, and this page. There's no account manager between you and the person who can see whether a campaign is actually working. When you call, you get me.
